| | Education and Associations | | Kristine graduated from Grossmont High School in La Mesa, California in 1989. In 2000, she graduated from The Clare Institute in Clairemont, California and received her California real estate license in 2001. In 2002, she completed additional real estate courses in Appraisal and Finance at Cuyamaca College in El Cajon, California. In 2008, she attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business where she completed all education requirements to become licensed in Arizona and is in the process of obtaining her license. |
| | Experience and Background Information | Kristine Lance began working with Weichert, Realtors-Elite in December of 2006, when it was owned and operated under the name San Diego REO. Over the years, Kristine has worn several hats, primarily working directly with banks and asset managers with submitting and negotiating offers.
In March of 2008, Kristine was asked to manage the Arizona REO office while it expanded and grew to become Weichert, Realtors-Elites second office, in Scottsdale.
In September of 2008, Kristine returned to what she loves the most about her real estate career, representing buyers and investors on purchasing the many foreclosed properties available to her through Weichert, Realtors-Elite, as well as outside brokerages. In addition, she works directly with an in house Short Sale negotiator and assists home owners in avoiding foreclosure.
Prior to coming to Weichert, Realtors-Elite, Kristine worked as a Top Producer with Century 21 Award in La Mesa for 4 years. She also worked for 2 years as an Account Manager with Stewart Title San Diego educating fellow Realtors and consumers on title and escrow related issues.
Kristine currently resides in East San Diego County and has lived in and is familiar with neighborhoods and communities within La Mesa, Rolando, Santee, Lakeside, El Cajon and Alpine.
Mother to her 3 teen/preteen children Tanner, Taylor and Trevor, Kristine for several years volunteered and supported her childrens coaches and teams at Rolando Little League. She enjoyed watching her boys become TOC Champs and All Stars, and her daughter develop socially and physically while learning to play Softball.
Kristine's strong family values, vast knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole, friendly and enthusiastic personality along with her "Get it Done" mentality make her a Star sales agent at Weichert, Realtors-Elite. |
